In 1998 Hurricane Mitch devastated the agricultural market leaving most Hondurans unemployed. Currently the minimum wage in Honduras is less than $2.50 a day. Project Solidarity is helping build small cooperative farms and businesses so that the people of Honduras may have a stable job and income.
